OPTION: 3. [ ] JNLBK AB'S gets (2) two pick puppies (male or female), which is to be determined by JNLBK AB'S, and chosen by JNLBK AB'S, before any puppies are chosen or sold by dam owner. PLEASE NOTE: This option will only be granted if some form of collateral is given. JNLBK AB'S will then promise to return the collateral to the owner of the dam once the pick puppies are given to the stud owner JNLBK AB'S at 8 weeks of age.
The following are the terms and conditions to this contract/stud service agreement:
1.JNLBK AB'S is not under obligation, by any means, to sign the application of NKC Registration for this litter until the stud fee has been paid in full, or the pick or two (2) picks have been chosen and received by JNLBK AB'S, whichever option applies. PLEASE NOTE: no NKC litter registration application will be signed until the litter is born and JNLBK AB'S confirms number of puppies born. Initials:________
JNLBK AB'S is not under obligation, by any means, to sign the application of NKC Registration for this litter until the stud fee has been paid in full, or the pick or two (2) picks have been chosen and received by JNLBK AB'S, whichever option applies. Therefore, if your dam only gives birth to (2) puppies, you are obligated under contract to give two (2) puppies to JNLBK AB'S, or JNLBK AB'S has the option of granting a repeat breeding to this dam only, and in lieu will take 1st pick of that breeding. JNLBK AB'Shas the right to retain and carry JNLBK AB'S as the kennel name for the pick puppy or puppies. Also, the pick or pick will be given to the owner of the stud JNLBK AB'S by the 8th week of age. PLEASE NOTE: if you have paid in full than this does not apply to you. If asked, JNLBK AB'S will provide a copy of all vaccinations given to the stud dog of JNLBK AB'S to the owner of the dam for proof that the stud dog of JNLBK AB'S is in optimum health. The stud owner JNLBK AB'S guarantees the stud to be a proven stud, and that a breeding was achieved on the above dates by providing pictures and or videos. If asked, JNLBK AB'S will provide a copy of all vaccinations given to the stud dog of JNLBK AB'S to the owner of the dam for proof that the stud dog of JNLBK AB'S is in optimum health. Initials:________5.A repeat breeding will be granted to the Dam owner if for some reason the breeding did not produce puppies after the first initial breeding. Purchase Agreement

to purchase female/male puppy from JNLBK AB'S. The purchase price is ____________________. A (non-refundable) deposit of $300 (three hundred dollars), is payable at the time of purchase to hold the dog. The balance of $____________________is due at the time of pickup, or before the dog can be shipped, whichever one applies. If a deposit is made, the remaining balance must be paid within 15 business days, or the buyer forfeits deposit and the puppy will be put up for sale. PLEASE NOTE: If a deposit is made on a puppy that is less than 8 weeks old, the purchaser agrees to have the puppy paid in full by the 7th week of age, or deposit is forfeited and puppy is put up for sale all deposits are non transferable. If a puppy is being shipped, buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping, crate, and health certificate costs from and to JNLBK AB'S. Initials: ____________

1.Health Guarantee: All puppies are guaranteed against congenital disease as long as the purchaser brings the dog to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of purchase. If at this time it is determined the dog is not in good health due to an illness that it is clearly attributable to the seller, the purchaser shall return the dog in exchange for a dog of equal value or credit on another dog. If the purchaser decides to keep the dog any further veterinary bills will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Initials:__________

If at this time it is determined the dog is genetically hip dysplastic then JNLBK AB'S will replace the dog. The replacement dog will be of equal value, pick, and sex, or we will replace the dog from an available breeding, no refundable money will be allowed JNLBK AB'S will supply the dog of EQUAL VALUE, and the shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. Before a replacement is shipped we will need proof of the dog being destroyed, spayed or neutered, and we will reserve the right to ask for the dog back to our kennel if shipment is necessary.
